Projects was founded by a team of construction veterans and tech innovators who saw the same story play out time and time again: excited homeowners starting a renovation only to be met with budget chaos, missed deadlines, and the overwhelming stress of a project spiraling out of control.

Yoni Chriqui

Yoni Chriqui will be supervising the initial research products for getnailedit.com. With a background in real estate, Yoni brings a keen understanding of the homeowner's perspective to the team. He holds a BS in Business & Accounting from the University of Southern California. His experience will be instrumental in shaping research that addresses the key challenges and opportunities in the home improvement market, ensuring that getnailedit.com's offerings are both relevant and valuable to its users.

Nicholas Levenstein

Nicholas Levenstein will also be a supervisor for getnailedit.com's first research products. Nicholas has a diverse background in finance and technology, with experience running two financial companies and working as an IT consultant and programmer. He holds a BA from Yale University and an MBA from UCLA. His expertise in financial modeling and technology will be a major asset in developing the data-driven research products at the core of getnailedit.com's mission.
